Elizabeth Riddle’s practice is focused on corporate law, with a background in employment law. Elizabeth counsels businesses on legal compliance issues, and in doing so, assists nonprofit corporations, university foundations and technology companies enjoy a more productive and mission-focused workforce. Elizabeth advises clients on resolution of claims involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful discharge, breach of employment contracts, non-competition covenants, wage and hour issues and other general employment matters. She also advises General Counsel, Human Resource Directors, and other upper level managers on implementation of federal, state and local statutory and regulatory requirements. Elizabeth has also composed and developed numerous employment policies and procedures on many different topics, and writes all manner of employment-related contracts.
